Very good food I enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere

Consistently good food. I've been eat at OE since they were in Westsyde 14 years ago. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal. Service is always top notch. Great option for quality Chinese cuisine.

Service is okay, but I ordered some crispy shrimp and it was extremely greasy, doughy and tasteless. They don’t clean the shrimp properly, I am a cook and when you cook shrimp you need to cut the back to take the intestines out. I’ve also ordered shrimp rice there and was also very greasy and the shrimp was not cleaned properly too. I do not recommend.

Ordered from Oriental Express tonight, for a change from our regular go to and wow, what a great experience. Flavorful food, great portions and friendly service. Thank you.

The worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. I went with a group of friends and was told that my order was too complicated just because I asked for extra veggies. The wrong dish was served and the man who take our order kept repeating "your order is too complicated, not for me but for the kitchen, the kitchen gets angry". Definitely never going back to this restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick bite as we were driving through Kamloops. The staff was lovely, and kind and the food was delicious, with large portions, and a good price!

Very great experience! Delicious food and hospitable services! We have beef, tomatoes and tofu. My parents and I come from China and we are very happy that we can eat great Chinese food here.

Great food, great family. Highly recommend. Sizzling tappen dish is great for one, and their options for sharing are great . Sometimes they treat a snack on the house which really compliments dining out. The interior is well designed with nice art and a cool fish tank. 5/5

Food here does not taste that special. The dish I tried was bland (even though it was labelled as spicy in the menu), and the vegetables looked all but fresh to me... Positive point, the manager is friendly and helpful... Disappointing nonetheless 😐

I compared prices and found they had the lowest prices, the portions are really good and the taste is on point! I'll be ordering from here every time.

Food was very bad. Truly disappointing... no taste. Super oily. Chicken tasted like soy scauce and prawns had WAY too much batter. Gross. Sorry#cancelled

Great food. One of the best places in town

They know how to cook - Hot and Sour soup was both; S&S Pork was crispy; Squid w/mushrooms was flavorful. Whether you want to satisfy your Sweet&Sour craving or looking for more traditional dishes - service was excellent and dishes were huge. Eat here!

So impressed with Oriental Express... Dinner was delivered really quickly, piping hot! Great, friendly service. Food was delicious, best War Won Ton by far... would recommend and order again without hesitation.

Very enjoyable atmosphere However it is to bad when you want to go and just have a pop they have decided in the last three visits to charge me 2.00$ for a pop then $2.50 for a pop then last time was $3.00 for a pop stating they had a minimum requirement for sitting however I was the only person in the restaurant so not very good customer relations

Great food and really friendly owner. Small restaurant so you'll get to talk to the owner directly. Owner is from Canton so the food is proper authentic. As someone living in Hong Kong, I can say I quite enjoyed the food.

Price, portion size, service, and taste. These guys know how to do it.

We have ordered here several times and have never been disappointed! Tonight we had the sweet and sour chicken balls, special chow mein, garlic dumplings and a beef dish, it was all so delicious and we'll seasoned. Portions are generous, vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Service is always friendly and they deliver to Westsyde which is a bonus. I meant to post pictures of the food but it was gone too fast.

Food is tasty and affordable but the lack is in the customer service which is pretty bad.

Good food & service at a very reasonable price. Not a lot of seating inside though. Even has some truly authentic Non-North Americanized chinese dishes available.
